Aboriginal Journey Art.

Last week Class LP went over to class MP to do some aboriginal art and draw some symbols in our art books. Before we did this we went on a journey around the school to see what we could see. Mrs Ponter and Mrs Pettinger also came with us.

Aboriginal art is made up of symbols which are used in pictures. They represent different journeys.

After we did our aboriginal art we drew some symbols of our own to represent what we saw on our journey .When we had drawn the symbols we had to colour them in.

This is part of a bigger project on Aboriginal journey art which we will be doing over the next few weeks.
